2007 Wire Photo Contest Judge Wire Fox Terriers - Judge: Nancy Lee Wolf 
I have had wires since 1969 and have trained them in obedience with 6 earning Companion Dog titles. One earned a CDX. I have also shown in conformation, having bred 38 AKC champions and a few with titles won in other countries. My best dog at the moment is a 13 year old girl, Ch. Wyrelee Ladybug ROM (called Rachel), who is still able to handle the younger ones and keep them in line. I was a member of the Fox Terrier Club of Northern California, which back in the 70's, was the first fox terrier club ever to start a rescue organization as part of their breed club. I am presently a member of the American FTC, WFTCCS, Lone Star Fox Terrier Club and the Greater Houston FTC. At present I have 3 wires living with me. Other breeds of dogs I have owned over the years include a Dalmation, Wiemaraner (gray ghost), a mixed breed that I rescued, German Shepherds, Smooth Collie, Schipperke, Papillion, Irish Terriers and of course, the wires. The kinds of things these wires can get into has always entertained me. Life without one would certainly be boring. I love looking at pictures of wires living their lives. It is very entertaining and I know I will enjoy viewing the pictures that people send.See All Photo Entries    | |||
