2007 Photo Contest Rules
Smooth Fox Terriers Contest Judge... Claire Hoffman What we do best Contest Judge... Melinda Butler Contest Rules:"What we do best" is any Wire or Smooth Fox Terrier doing what they do best. It is an open category You may enter as many times as you wish (please do!) but each photo can only go in one category. The contest closes on Jan. 15, 2008 and then the judging starts. There are many prizes in each category and a "Best in Show", the best picture from the first place winners in the three categories. There is a $3.00 entry fee for each photo. This money goes to our General Fund. It may then be distributed to either the Education Fund, the Rescue Fund or the Daisy Fund, as funds are needed. The Education Fund pays for our website work and maintance and for the several brochures that we make available at no cost to the public. We also have ads in magazines to help those people looking for information on the Wire and Smooth Fox Terrier. Other projects are in the works, pending funding. The Rescue Fund helps with fox terriers currently in FTRescue that have medical needs above what the FTRescuer can afford. The Daisy Fund helps with medical needs of dogs who have been placed out of Rescue or shelters above what the owner can afford.
